Franchise Development Sales & Support Director

Closets by Design is looking for a Sales Director to help us grow our franchise network with new candidates for Franchise Ownership. Through various methods of marketing for candidates, this individual will be responsible for guiding each prospect through the development funnel with the ultimate goal of a signed franchise agreement.

In addition, this person would work with our existing franchise locations as a Franchise Coach / Consultant to help them succeed in various departments within their business. This position is fun, rewarding and provides an excellent opportunity for growth within our company.

Duties include:

• Managing the prospect lifecycle and ensuring that no potential owner gets left behind.
• Attending Broker Networking events and franchise trade shows as needed
• Working with owners through the onboarding phase of ownership
• On-going coaching for Franchise locations to ensure they are following the model taught in the training provided with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Conduct field visits with franchisees, focused on improving sales, increasing lead capturing, analyzing results, planning for the future, and profitability.

• Franchise Sales Experience a must
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Experience in a management capacity of sales.
• Enjoys sales & sales management and has experience coaching others.
• Strong personality and is able to communicate confidently and effectively with prospective business owners.
• Desire to learn and understand all aspects of our model for running a business to help coach others how to improve their performance.
• Self-directed and motivated leader requiring minimal supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
• Efficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
