Inside Sales / Customer Sales Representative

We are a well-established and rapidly growing privately-owned Dental Laboratory and looking to add a proven and experienced Inside Sales Representative to our sales team who will also have management responsibilities of our Customer Service Team. The predominant expectations of the job are to focus on customer satisfaction through daily outbound calls to existing dental practices, while also expanding new lines of business within those same accounts. Additionally, the candidate will be cross trained in other departments such as Customer Service for our international and domestic divisions, to serve as a key member of that team.

The ideal candidate is someone with great phone sales skills, innate organizational capabilities, and a hunger for continued career development. Previous management experience also required. The position offers a base pay and commission plan, as well as benefits and is based out of our Angier, NC office. Remote candidates may be considered if they are a stellar fit. Salary starts at $35,000 yr with uncapped commission. This position does not qualify for healthcare or retirement benefits.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new business leads
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through warm calling
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.

- Conduct weekly Customer Service team meetings and manage the personnel as needed.
