Position Summary:

As the Account Executive in our dynamic ticketing department, youll be at the forefront of cultivating client relationships and elevating the overall enjoyment of our patrons in an exhilarating environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Sell, promote, and market tickets for all 3 Future Legends Teams including: Season tickets, Mini Plans, Flex Packs, Group tickets, and single game tickets.
- Acquire new customers/clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with past and new customers to promote renewals.
- Collaborate with local schools to organize fundraising efforts where students can sell tickets to raise money for their teams, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship between Future Legends Complex and educational institutions.
- Provide excellent customer service for current and future customers with ticket issues and questions.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Promote a positive sales culture within the office.
- Network, prospect, and create new sales opportunities when and wherever possible.
- Use creativity to come up with new ways to promote attendance.
- Effectively and efficiently navigate current ticketing software.
- Act as liaison and point of contact for customers/clients on game days.
- Be able to enthusiastically take on other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or 1-2 years of sales or relevant experience.
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience in processing, prospecting, and sales within the professional sports industry (preferred)
- Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends (required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
