Now Hiring - Seredni Tire & Auto Center - Sales/ Customer Service Rep. in Chesterfield, VA

Busy, four location Independent Goodyear automotive repair shop looking for an enthusiastic counter sales/customer service associate at their Chesterfield location. Must possess strong communication skill and have the ability to perform detailed work in an interruption-rich environment. Also must be a quick thinker with the ability to make quick decisions to satisfy the customer while adhering to company policy.

Requirements include but are not limited to : previous sales or customer service experience, a good driving record, stable work history, strong computer skills, excellent customer service skills, previous work experience in an automotive repair store a plus but not required.

Looking for full and part-time help.

Work schedule is Mon-Sat, (work schedule may vary) but Store operating hours are Mon-Fri. 7:30-6pm and 7:30-3 on Saturdays. Compensation based on experience. Health and Dental insurance, 401K and paid vacation offered for full-time employees.
