Work 8:30 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday in a fast paced environment in an insurance agency office. Have the weekends off for family and friends. Because at Prins Insurance we understand the importance of work life balance. We are a small close knit group. All of our employees feel like family.

Duties include servicing and sales support of personal and commercial insurance. Job duties include: Complete insurance surveys, quotes and proposals for new and existing clients. Complete the application process and issue new policies. Complete renewal surveys and market existing personal and commercial policies when necessary. Process endorsements and issue certificates of insurance where needed. Process payments, answer billing questions, research and resolve payment issues. Answer client and underwriter inquiries concerning policies. Recommend improved systems, policies and procedures for this position and its function. Our Agency currently uses AMS360 management software.

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has a current Property and Casualty insurance license with at least two years of experience or office experience and willing to get licensed.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent spelling and grammar are essential.

Must be detail oriented, organized, self motivated, and able to multi-task.

Strong clerical and computer skills are required.

Must have a great positive attitude and the ability to provide excellent service to clients.
