ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within the Landscape Maintenance and Enhancements Division.
  • Cultivate enduring connections with our valued clientele, nurturing not only primary contacts but also engaging with influencers one level above and below, ensuring our bond resonates with passion and purpose.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence and reach.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their outdoor areas.
  • Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain satisfaction.

Sales Leadership & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the landscaping maintenance and enhancements division.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and build professional connections.
  • Collaborate across functions to build innovative campaigns and promotional strategies to attract new clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability and value.

Solution-Oriented Approach

  • Work closely with clients to assess their landscaping needs and recommend customized solutions that align with their goals and budget.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer innovative ideas and creative enhancements that exceed client expectations.
  • Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve the company's business development strategies and processes.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, design, and maintenance to ensure seamless delivery of services and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture, Business, Marketing, , Construction Management, or related field is preferred, or commensurate experience will be considered.
  • Proven Experience: Proven track record of success in account management and sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the landscaping industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of landscaping maintenance and enhancements services, including plant care, irrigation systems, hardscaping, and seasonal maintenance requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proficient in sales techniques, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and profitability within existing client accounts.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
