Home Solutions of Iowa, located in Waukee, has an opening for a Scheduler!

HSI's success stems from the first point-of-contact, our Schedulers, whose main job duty is to provide exceptional customer service and scheduling appointments to set our Sales Team up for success.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Rotating Saturdays: 9am - 12pm

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and perform outgoing calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule appointments and maximize the schedule
• Utilize and update SalesForce with appropriate information as needed
• Regularly check email and voicemails to respond in a timely manner
• Contact potential leads by calling on and responding to all incoming inquiries
• Send out mail, letters, surveys, etc.
• Call on customer accounts for collections
• Assist with in-store purchases of Rain Barrel products
• Create job folders, packets, and sales documents as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience scheduling appointments required
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• SalesForce knowledge a plus
