Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Internet Sales Manager to join our team at C3 Auto. As an Internet Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers online and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, is fluent in both English and Spanish, and has knowledge of social media marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Engage Online Customers: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential customers via email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide Product Information: Educate customers about our vehicle inventory, specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- Build Relationships: Develop and nurture customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences and assisting them throughout the car-buying journey.
- Answer Phone Calls: Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
- Assist with Sales Process: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule test drives, gather required documentation, and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Social Media Marketing: Utilize social media platforms to promote our inventory, specials, and engage with potential customers. Prior knowledge of social media marketing is a plus.
- Learn and Adapt: Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, models, and technologies. Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to better serve customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Knowledge of social media marketing tools and strategies is an advantage.
