Our dynamic Sales Management Team has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to direct, manage and lead dealer base and distribution partners within the U.S. East Coast Territory. Position will be based in Foothill Ranch, CA facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead independent sales representatives and regional distribution partners.
• Develop and maintain monthly and yearly sales forecast for territory and key accounts
• Expand, grow and sustain strong relationship with key retailers and distributors
• Identify sales trends, create marketing promotions, manage inventory and report competitor direction.
• Oversee retail accounts, marketing funds and customer service for region
• Travel with sales representatives and attend trade and consumer shows.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
