Job Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine potential fit
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in English language
- Customer service-oriented mindset

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Contacting guests via email, phone, text message
• Using a consultative process to match the best vehicle to the guests needs
• Creating a great experience for the guest
• Following up with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Gaining superior knowledge to effectively help guests
• Setting appointments for our guests to visit our dealership

Compensation

• $16.00/hourly plus achievable bonuses
