Now Hiring - Data-Core Systems Inc. - Information Technology Pre-Sales Engineer in Bristol, PA

Data-Core Systems, a successful provider of information technology, consulting and business process outsourcing services, primarily working with small and medium enterprises and government organizations has an immediate opening for a Pre-Sales Engineer. This critical position will be part of Data Cores growth strategy for our Consulting practice in the US.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for the development of compelling technical proposal content and responses to State contract opportunities. The candidate must have the ability to:

• Develop and refine technical proposals that clearly and concisely articulate Data-Cores strengths, key differentiators, and business value proposition in the context of customer environment and opportunity requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and articulate a proposed technical solution to meet the clients desired requirements.
• Ensure adherence to specifications and compliant with proposal instructions and criteria.
• Reviews proposal document for content completeness, accuracy, appropriate language, organization, visual design, and usability.
• Work in a time-sensitive environment and meet all deadlines.
• Participate in the overall quality, compliance, and completeness reviews of each opportunity response to include feedback from review teams as well as capture manager/proposal manager guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a STEM-related field
• Three to five years of experience as part of a proposal/marketing/technical team.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical, scalable technical solutions in a narrative or graphical format.
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined adherence to schedules and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask within a fast-paced, challenging, and deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and Adobe PDF
