Job Summary:
David Family Auto is looking to hire motivated sales associates who would like the opportunity for unlimited income potential. We are a family owned used car dealership on Highway 19 in New Port Richey with an excellent reputation. We are looking for at least two people who have at least 1 year of sales experience. Used car experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidates.

We have the best schedule / home life balance in the industry!
Monday - Friday 10am to 7pm
Saturday 10am to 6 pm
Sunday we are closed, along with all major holidays
Each sales person also gets one additional scheduled day off per week.

What we are looking for in an employee:
- Self Starting; This is a commission based position, you will make as little or as much as you put in.

- Professional with an awesome personality; As a sales associate, you will deal one on one with the customer and will need to maintain a professional and upbeat attitude.

- Social media proficient; While you will be provided with leads, we are a small family owned dealership so the ability to drive your own business is key. We use all social media platforms as they prove to work very well. You will need to post multiple vehicles daily to drive your own business.

- Spanish-speaking candidates are definitely a PLUS.

- Valid driver's license and a clean background (nothing major)

- Team player; Ability to work well with others to get the job done and maximize sales and profits for the dealership

We have a very competitive W2 pay plan with an income of $10,000 a month being very reachable.
