We are seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in our sales prospecting efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads to contribute towards our sales performance goals. As one of the first faces of our company, you will be engaging with prospects through various communication channels, and identifying both inbound and outbound qualified opportunities and sales qualified leads.

  • This is a hybrid opportunity, 3 days per week onsite required. Based on target customers, working hours will be either 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and prospect for new customers by leveraging email and engaging in heavy outbound calling.
  • Set up quality meetings and appointments to qualify or disqualify leads, collaborating closely with other sales executives to nurture relationships and close deals.
  • Develop creative and customized outreach strategies to reach potential customers.
  • Utilize your resilience, positivity, curiosity, and passion for our mission to remain focused and determined in your outreach and follow-up activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of individuals across multiple sectors and mediums.

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 1+ year of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar position, with a strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and email and social outreach.
  • Willingness to dive into new projects, experiment, quickly learn from failures, and scale successful efforts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and other sales-based tools and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and leadership abilities. Problem-solving skills are a must.
  • A positive and patient mindset, with a strong sense of curiosity and coachability. You should be open to learning new tools, systems, and best practices to continuously improve.
  • Flexibility and patience in a rapidly evolving startup environment, understanding that reports and processes may change frequently.
  • Active listening skills, with a talent for building relationships, tactfully overcoming objections, and finding creative solutions to challenges.
