Job Description

The Powell Agency is one of the fastest growing Insurance Agencies in the DFW Metroplex as well as one of the Top 10% of Agencies nationwide and we want to grow even more! We are now accepting resumes for Insurance Advisors to join our team in Plano, Texas.

This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + benefits including retirement plan options.

Advisors earn first year total compensation around $62,000 however, our top Advisors earn $100,000+. These financial achievements are a result of our formula for success: Culture + Compensation + Career Growth:

Benefits

Candidates can expect first year total compensation ranging between $55, 500 - $69,000 while top-level performers can expect to earn $80,000+ in bonuses and commission.

Entry-level candidates can expect hands-on training to ensure their success as well.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
