Full description of the position

At T-ROC you have the POWER TO CREATE CHANGE!


As a premiere authorized partner with TrendMicro, youll be working inside of one of the worlds largest retailers and helping to drive your teams to be exceptional salespeople! In this role, youll work to train your teams to be exceptional salespeople!


Pay Range: $52000.00 per year - $57000.00 per year


T-ROC


If you have:

  • Proven track record in a leadership role driving retail sales
  • At least two years experience in retailbig box operations
  • Experience with training strategy execution, including top performer and bottom performer best practices
  • Previous experience of forward-thinking, analytical problem-solving
