Full description of the position

```Duties:```
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Present and promote products or services over the phone
- Follow scripts and guidelines to provide accurate information and answer customer questions
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Update customer records in the CRM system (Salesforce) accurately and timely

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade customers
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
