Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop positive working relationship with clients
• Approach clients via cold call and direct mail to inquire about their insurance needs
• Explain the differences in policy specifics so clients can make informed decisions about their purchase
• Assist with obtaining underwriting approval
• Follow up with clients after initial meetings
• Participate in continuing education trainings in both insurance and sales
• Perform other related duties as required
• Self marketing

Skills and Qualifications:

• Self-motivated
• Service and Goal oriented
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Have strong telephone, sales and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• P&C or Personal Lines Insurance License required within 2 weeks
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Competitive pay structure with commission options.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
