Lakeland Comfort shoes is currently seeking a sales manager. In this role, you will engage and connect with our customers by
providing excellent customer service. You will be an expert in our products and use your trained
expertise to educate, inform, inspire and promote our customer needs. By living our values daily and

complete the team and family.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of retail sales workers
• Lead the day to day energy
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• High energy

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Some Saturdays required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 45 per week
