Position Overview:

Now Hiring! Tire Sales and Service Advisor
Schedule: Monday-Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm (One day during the week off)
Pay type: $18-$22hr.
Location: Ontario, NY 14519

If we dont have it in our 250,000 parts computerized inventory system, we can locate it and have it delivered to you in 24 hours.

What Youll Do:
  • Accurately and efficiently ascertains the tires the customer needs.
  • Effectively gathers pertinent information from customers to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Invoices for tire purchase and install/repair services. Loads appointment tires and transfers to preset staging areas in sales.
  • Ring up orders. Receive accurate payment, make changes, process cheques, credit, and debit charges, give out receipts, and submit orders according to proper procedures for paperwork and performance of duties.
  • Build professional relationships with customers to sustain and increase sales.
  • Responsible for meeting sales goals, self-evaluating, and scheduling training or education to improve.
  • Communicate with managers regarding special orders, quantity, status, price, delivery, and promotion of merchandise.
  • Stock tires in the sales area according to the Managers merchandising plan.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the shop as required.
  • Prepare, organize maintain, and inventory tires and wheels accurately and efficiently by company procedures.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, and talk or hear. While doing this job the employee will be primarily on their feet for long periods. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. For heavier merchandise lifting devices and/or assistance is required.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
