Full description of the position

Agents make performance-based pay with their hourly rate serving as the base. Average agents earn between $65,000 and $87,000. Top producers exceed $94,000 +. This position does not have a pay cap, the more you sell the more you make!

Insurance experience is not required.

This position is with a GEICO Independent Agency: The Boca Raton Local Office is looking for energetic and competitive insurance sales agents who will prepare personalized insurance quotes, work our EXCLUSIVE leads, cross-sell appropriate products, and close sales. Managing agent will provide consistent one-on-one training, coaching, and mentoring to help you meet sales goals and maximize your performance-based pay.

Required Skills

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Florida 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License or equivalent (have, or obtain within 20 days of hiring)
  • Excellent grammar, computer, and typing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high customer volume environment
