Entry Level Subaru Product Specialist

This is why we hire people who want to learn and train them from the ground up. Individuals that excel in this position are; reliable, organized, have ambition, a strong work ethic, and the ability to excel in a high-energy, fast paced environment.

We provide all the tools necessary as well as the hands on training to get you started. With our proven training program you will be guiding customers through the process of helping them find their perfect car. Not only will you receive the initial hands on training but we will also help you throughout your employment to ensure your success.

Daily Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Follow up with sold and un-sold customers

- Ability to demonstrate the features of each vehicle to customers

-Ongoing product, process and procedure training by our General Sales Manager

- Ability to work in a team environment and provide the best customer experience

Exeter Subaru offers Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance and Delta Dental to all full time employees 30 days after start of employment. We are closed Sundays and all major holidays, as we believe family work balance is important. Exeter Subaru also offers retirement plans, growth potential and discounts on purchases, repairs and reconditioning of employee vehicles.

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 annually + bonuses (entry level)

Example of a Product Specialists schedule (~42 hours per week):

Mon 9:00am 6:00pm

Tues. 9:00am 6:00pm

Wed. off

Thurs. 11:00am 6:00pm

Friday 9:00am 6:00pm

Saturday 9:00 am 5:00pm

Sunday CLOSED
