We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and provide exceptional makeup application services to our diverse clientele.

Overview:
As a Makeup Artist at Sandy Puc Photography Studio, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, applying makeup for various photo sessions, including pin-up, boudoir, senior portraits, branding shoots, weddings, and special events. In addition to your makeup responsibilities, you will also assist with various studio tasks such as reception duties, social media management, client interactions in the sales room, and production tasks including order processing for delivery.

Duties:

• Perform professional makeup applications for clients across different genres, including pinup, boudoir, senior portraits, branding shoots, weddings, and special events.
• Conduct personalized makeup consultations and provide recommendations based on client preferences and skin type.
• Stay updated with the latest makeup trends and techniques to deliver cutting-edge looks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including proper sanitization of tools and equipment.
• Assist with stock inventory management and replenishment of makeup products.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Operate cash register for payment transactions when needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Makeup Artist or similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of makeup application techniques, including contouring, highlighting, and color matching.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Basic math skills for cash register operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail.
• Time management skills to efficiently complete makeup applications within designated timeframes.
• Cosmetology license (required).

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
