Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and interested in the renewable energy industry.

Duties:
- Identify and target potential customers in the market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits of our solar energy solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar energy or related industries
- Strong knowledge of technical sales processes and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
