In this role, you will be the first responder on the scene of all water damage emergencies. You will be traveling to customers' homes and evaluating their restoration needs, going over their options with them, completing documentation, and coordinating with insurance companies as well as our technicians in the field to ensure that the job is successfully completed.

We're searching for someone with a good command of English, at least a high school education, exceptional customer service skills, and 1+ years of experience in water/mold restoration or in home sales (windows, roofing, siding, etc). Restoration certifications and experience dealing with insurance adjusters are a plus. Is that you?
