AUTOMOTIVE BDC/ INTERNET/ APPOINTMENT SETTERS

We are Seeking BDC/Internet Salespeople to work in our automotive business development Center. The Automotive BDC/INTERNET Specialist responds to inquiries via internet, phone and visits to the dealership. He or she answers incoming telephone calls in a warm, helpful, and professional manner. Outgoing calls and incoming assigned tasks are part of the daily routine. This is a performance based position in a busy call center environment. In addition to providing the best possible automotive experience for our guests, our purpose is to make a difference in peoples lives. AUTOMOTIVE BDC/ INTERNET/ APPOINTMENT SETTERS RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responds to 100+ internet leads per month.
• Generate appointments and continuous business for the store.
• Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly.
• Commits to obtaining team and personal objectives
• Stays abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, and technological changes and how they may benefit guests
• Follows an effective prospecting system daily using a variety of contacts, including follow-up contacts with prior purchasers

AUTOMOTIVE BDC/ INTERNET/ APPOINTMENT SETTERS QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma and some education beyond high school
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Ability to handle prolonged periods of computer and phone usage
• Ability to follow script to ensure consistency and professionalism with all calls
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
• Enthusiastic team player
• Professionalism and strong work ethic
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
