Our client, a prominent DC sports organization, is looking for a Sales Manager to contribute to their growing Corporate Sponsorships team!

About the Job:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to secure corporate sponsorships and partnerships.
• Research and identify opportunities for partnerships and conduct outreach to develop and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate internally to prepare proposals and contracts; conduct negotiations.
• Report on metrics, proposal status, and revenue.
• Serve as the point of contact for partners, providing high-level customer engagement, and ensure all partnership deliverables are fulfilled.
• Complete additional sales related tasks as necessary.

About You:

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience is required for this position; preferably in corporate partnerships, media, or advertising.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue while providing high-level customer service.
• Ability to work outside of traditional work hours as needed, and open to the possibility of light travel.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $70K-$75K base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, targeting OTE of $100K-$150K.
• 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
