Account Manager - Recruiter

Celerity Staffing Solutions is looking for a recruiter to join our team!
We are looking for someone with prior experience in hiring and managing a wide and diverse pool of employees- from attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Responsibilities

Develop and update job descriptions for client companies utilizing our services for their hiring needs

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job boards, referrals, social media, and more.

Perform account management duties including: maintaining client company relationships, collaborating with client company contacts regarding hiring needs, open positions, and candidate status.

Screen candidate resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Skills

Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Hiring or Managing Staff
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews over a wide range of platforms: in-person, phone, video, etc.
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, screenings, assessment tools, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Strong ability to work independently, yet collaborate with a team

Qualifications

College degree or some college preferred, or equivalent experience with a high school diploma

Professional written and oral communication skills
Ability to easily navigate systems and software
Professional and friendly demeanor
Solid organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Self-starter, quick learner, and ability to take initiative
Ability to be flexible, refocus and pivot when needed

Starting Base Salary plus Bonus Potential $47,000-$55,000
