Job Title: Inside Sales and Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: As an AI-Driven Sales and Marketing Specialist, you'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance our precision sheet metal manufacturing sales and marketing efforts. This dynamic role integrates project estimations with AI-powered marketing strategies to optimize lead generation, sales processes, and customer engagement. You're responsible for developing accurate project estimates, executing AI-enhanced marketing campaigns, and employing advanced analytics to drive decision-making and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project estimations, offering precise cost and timeline forecasts to clients.
• Generate and nurture leads through AI-enhanced outreach, including predictive analytics and automated communication platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to deploy marketing campaigns, measuring effectiveness through advanced analytics.
• Engage in active sales pursuits, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and informed customer journey.
• Maintain and enrich prospect databases, leveraging AI for enhanced data accuracy and lead qualification.
• Support the creation of marketing materials and manage digital platforms, using AI tools for content optimization and audience targeting.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a keen interest in AI and technology-driven sales approaches.
• Demonstrated success in utilizing AI for sales or marketing improvements.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable sales strategies.
• Excellent communication abilities and a track record of building lasting customer relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with AI tools and platforms relevant to sales and marketing.

Work Conditions:

• Predominantly office-based.
• Regular use of computers and digital tools.
• Occasional travel required for trade shows and industry events.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 60 per week
