Benefits Coordinator: Downtown Los Angeles Aflac -We are seeking a candidate to fill our Benefits Coordinator position on our already successful team. This is a truly rewarding Business-to- Business position that offers one of the strongest compensation structures in the industry, flexible schedules with no nights, weekends or holidays. Youll have the opportunity to earn $3,000 in bonus money while training during your first 3 months of appointment and $12,900 over the first year.

SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION: Downtown Los Angeles Aflac is looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual for the Benefits Coordinator position to work in a professional sales environment. Management and advancement opportunities are available and extensive management / leadership training is provided for qualified candidates. Prior sales experience is welcome, but not necessary. Fortune 500 Corporate Training with Aflac Sales Academy's world-class training program within our Mentor-ship Model.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Work exclusively with HR Departments to create and implement Benefits packages for employees. Work alongside HR and Employers to educate Employees on the benefits being offered, assisting Employees with selecting the appropriate benefits for their needs, and enroll Employees on our exclusive platform. Continue to communicate with the account throughout the year and assist with any claims, troubleshooting, or issues that may arise with the benefits.

COMPENSATION: Commission, Renewals, Bonuses, Per Diem, and Stock Options. Salary Structure ranging from $40,000- $60,000

QUALIFICATIONS:

At minimum High School Diploma.
