Full description of the position

Octagos Health is a rapidly growing digital health company focused on cardiac monitoring.

Summary:
Promote and sell Octagos Health's products to prospective customers. This role works closely with the field sales and internal team members to generate new leads and provide the best customer experience possible.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers
  • Develop leads by creating demand and identifying physician/practice champions
  • Conducts virtual and in-person demonstrations of software platform
  • Responsible for inbound calls from potential customers
  • Key point of contact during and after the new customer onboarding process
  • Conducts business reviews with customers on an ongoing basis
  • Provides technical and educational expertise
  • Maintains appropriate documentation
  • Utilizes and maintains internal software
  • Partners with other employees to appropriately understand market and customer dynamics
  • Overall understanding of competitive landscape
  • Current with all new CRM products
  • Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ability to maintain necessary credentials

Education and Preferred Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree and at least two years of cardiac device or SaaS experience
  • Understanding of medical terminology and medical device industry
  • Outstanding work ethic and customer service skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and other basic computer applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
