As an integral part of the agency, you will collaborate closely with Producers, CSRs, and Underwriters to provide exceptional service to our clients. This position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement, providing flexibility and convenience, along with a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Manage a diverse book of business within Commercial Lines.
• Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact.
• Handle endorsements and underwriting requests.
• Round out and up-sell accounts to maximize opportunities.
• Renew policies, including surplus lines, and prepare renewal proposals.
• Address billing inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Manage audit disputes efficiently.
• Process cancellations and reinstatements accurately.

Requirements:

• Hold a Valid KY Property & Casualty License: Candidates must possess a valid Kentucky Property & Casualty license.
• Demonstrate Commercial Account Management Experience: Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Account Management.
• Exhibit Professionalism and Integrity: Candidates must showcase ethical conduct, professionalism, intelligence, and a personable demeanor.
• Excellent Communication: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking Abilities: Demonstrate the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Computer Proficiency: Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and insurance management systems.
• Team Player: Maintain a collaborative and cooperative attitude within the team.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year
