Miami City Cars is seeking a dynamic and experienced GSM to lead our sales team.

We are on the hunt for an aggressive and highly talented Sales Manager who knows how to turn opportunities into successful deals and make money. If you have a proven track record of sealing deals and maximizing profitability, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team. Ensure that sales representatives are well-versed in the sales process and have in-depth product knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct daily lot walks with the sales team to ensure complete knowledge of vehicle prices and the overall condition of inventory, advertising, banners, and the appearance of the dealership grounds.
  • Team Building: Build and maintain an effective sales team by setting performance standards, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, and providing coaching and mentoring.
  • Customer Interaction: Personally meet and greet all customers early in the sales process and remain actively involved throughout the customer's buying journey.
  • Closing Deals: As a closer, guide customers through the financing and deal structuring process. Utilize your knowledge of F&I (Finance & Insurance) and CDK (Dealer Management System).
  • Financial Negotiations: Determine vehicle purchase terms, payments, interest rates, and trade-in values to meet customer needs.
  • Vehicle Protection and Financing: Present vehicle protection packages and secure financing for customers, leveraging professional relationships with lenders to maximize the deal.
  • Subprime Expertise: Experience in handling subprime customers and their unique financial situations is essential.
  • Customer Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Ensure accurate customer counts and log all customer interactions into the CRM system. This includes showroom traffic, service customer inquiries, internet leads, and incoming sales phone calls.
  • Inventory Pricing: Ensure that inventory is valued at or below current competitive wholesale market prices.

Requirements:

  • Proven automotive management and sales experience.
  • High-energy and results-driven attitude.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in F&I processes and CDK software.
  • Subprime automotive sales experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of vehicle protection packages and financing options.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
