Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management - Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets - Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service - Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including conducting performance evaluations - Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for new employees - Manage the store's budget, including forecasting sales and expenses - Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Qualifications: - Previous experience in store management or a similar leadership role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously - Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis - Sales management experience is preferred - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus - Strong math skills for inventory management and cash handling We offer competitive compensation, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
