Outside Sales Representative PERSONAL and Protected Territory in VA

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing an assigned personal territory and building relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be willing to travel up to three nights per week. We offer 2 competitive compensation plans, including a salary of $50,000 plus commission or straight commission.

We sell a Value Oriented program for young families in towns of populations between 2,000-8,000 people. We sell directly to the business owners in these communities and make a difference in peoples lives

Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned personal territory and build relationships with clients
• Travel up to three nights per week
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and client interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to three nights per week
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation:

We offer 2 competitive compensation plans, including a salary of $50,000 plus commission or straight commission. Either compensation plan should earn more than $65-75,000 annually. Expenses are paid on qualified business.

What we need from a Sales Representative
