Industrial Outside Sales Representative

Requirements: Three to five years of sales experience in the industrial, light industry or heavy industry markets. Working knowledge of cooling towers preferred. Overnight travel is a must.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

Identifying and contact potential customers for our services.

Develop new accounts and reestablish contact with existing clients.

Schedule appointments with potential customers to review and inspect cooling towers.

Conduct surveys and inspections of cooling towers at customer sites.

Identify and enumerate deficiencies in customer cooling towers.

Prepare proposals to abate deficiencies in customers cooling towers.

Assist estimators in preparing bids.

Promote sales of cooling tower components and parts.

Coordinate construction schedules with other project managers, estimators, and sales team to assure project start dates, milestones and completion schedules are well defined and know to all team members.

Coordinate team to verify the customer is completely satisfied with work performed.

Maintain contact with customers to develop future work or maintenance of cooling towers.

Follow up post construction or reconstruction.

Verify all invoicing is correct and in accordance with customers expectations.

This position may involve attendance and representation of Cyrco, Inc. at pre-bid meetings, conferences, job site inspections or other business development needs throughout the mid-Atlantic region. If such travel is required; a company vehicle as well as a company credit card will be provided to for meals and lodging

Provided: A company vehicle, credit card, cell phone, and a lap top computer.

We offer a competitive salary ($65-75k) depending on prior experience plus, health insurance, vacation, and holiday pay, as well as a 401k plan. Regular workweek is M-F, 8 am to 5 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
