About us:

We are a fast growing self service gas station/ convenience store chain. We are looking for responsible, hard-working individuals with a positive attitude that are looking to grow with us. Hours available are from 6:00am-1:00pm or 1:00pm-9:00pm.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items, ensuring proper pricing and security measures are followed
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with product demonstrations and provide information about features and benefits
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

- Stock and put away product

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of electronic products and technology sales is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
