Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative - Sales Front Desk

Location: Farmingdale, NY

Position Type: Full time or part time 20 to 40 hours weekly

Hours of oparation : 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to friday

Pay: $20 to $25 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emails, calls, and social media inquiries with excellent sales skills.
• Greet clients and coordinate with installers regarding schedules and daily tasks.
• Provide clear communication to clients about inquiries and deadlines.
• Demonstrate a self-motivated and resilient attitude, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up on sales leads and inquiries for effective conversion into sales.
• Utilize strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.

Requirements:

-Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed to accommodate customer schedules.- Proficiency in using computer software and applications, including MS Office and CRM systems.

-Knowledge of automotive products and services is preferred but not required.

-Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be necessary for certain roles.

-Ability to lift and carry heavy objects or equipment, as required for product demonstrations or installations.

-Willingness to undergo background checks or screenings as part of the hiring process.
