What We Are Seeking

Our agency is looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding team of Insurance professionals. We are currently seeking a full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager for our Harleysville, PA office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter seeking an opportunity to be part of a professional team with an agency that is fast growing and a leader in the Commercial insurance marketplace.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage book of business of smaller Commercial accounts.
• Market new and renewal business, where and when applicable.
• Process policies which include billing and updating the agency management system to reflect most up-to-date information.
• Issue Certificates of Insurance.
• Create Sales Proposals by determining the best fit for the client.
• Understand clients needs and utilize problem-solving skills to create the most effective strategy for them.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate with clients in a professional manner via phone or email.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• License: Property & Casualty (ANY)

Preferred Skills

• License: Property & Casualty (PA)
• Management & Rating Systems: QQ Catalyst willing to train.
• Computer Skills: MS Outlook
• Languages: English

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
