Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for achieving daily sales goals, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success.

Duties:
- Manage and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns
- Train and onboard new sales team members

Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
