The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for quoting (proposals), follow-up, contracting and servicing prospective clients in matters related to the sales function to maintain winning client business.

What You Will Do:

• Day-to-day contact with potential and existing clients for new sales, quoting, and contracting activities.
• Handle proposal development activities (simple and complex) including screening client information for scope determination, proposal generation, and timely submittal of quotes to the client.
• Receipt and review of all Applications and required contracting information. Completion of a contract review to assure the requirements are defined, any differences resolved, and that ABS QE can provide a service. Verification and entry of information into a database for assigning project numbers.
• Ongoing sales report for management.
• Participate in major proposal activities.
• Administer corporate master agreements
• Sales lead and quote follow-up, as assigned.

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent from an accredited university or equivalent sales/customer service experience, preferably in a business or technical discipline.
• 2 or more years of experience in the industry is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Good oral and written communication skills; excellent telephone communication skills.
• Considerable attention to detail including a high degree of accuracy in data entry and interpretation.
• The ability and willingness to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with database requirements and computer tools available to make use of such data.
• Good organizational, research & problem-solving skills.
• Can-do approach to tasks and conscientious towards client service.
• Ability to develop a working knowledge of ABS Rules, Guides, statutory regulations, and related instructions, as well as the ABS Employee Safety Policy.

Reporting Relationships:

Reports directly to the Director of Business Development in Houston.
