Full description of the position

The Claiborne at Newnan Lakes Senior Living Community, has an immediate opening for a Community Relations Director (Sales Director) and is offering a competetive salary, a monthly commission and great benefits! As the Community Relations Director you will support the community by developing relationships with residents, families and professional referral sources on a weekly basis. You will be responsible for managing the sales and admission process, increasing occupancy, and planning and implementing marketing events. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, enthusiastic, motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Community Relations Director (Duties)


  • Develops an organized marketing and sales approach to effectively move prospects through the sales process to achieve budgeted occupancy targets.
  • Identifies, builds and develops an effective network of community and professional sources.
  • Assists with the processing of all required information necessary to complete a successful move-in.
  • Completes all marketing reports and plans as assigned
  • Performs other duties consistent with the position as assigned

Community Relations Director (Qualifications)

  • Prior experience in marketing, sales, advertising and client experience
  • Telephone sales experience, preferred.
  • A Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university, preferred
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft and other software management tools
