Full description of the position

We are hiring a real estate agent or broker to run our field and repair divisions for our property management company in Plano, Texas. .This is an in office position at our office in Downtown Plano. This is an immediate fill position, but we can be flexible with start date.

This position will be responsible for the oversight of in office repair coordination teams and in field repair team members throughout the DFW metroplex and in Houston. This position is a salaried + bonus position based on performance and pay expectation should be $80K+ yearly with lots of room for growth.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in leadership and management of a team
- Understanding of landlord-tenant law, Section 8 housing, and real estate administrative processes.
- Excellent conflict management skills and ability to handle negotiations and contracts effectively as well as de-escalation techniques
- Prior experience in administrative tasks related to property management or real estate is beneficial.
- Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to maintain positive tenant relationships.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
