Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative at CAC Auto Group Boston, you will play a vital role in driving sales and fostering lasting relationships with customers. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and preferences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, establishing rapport and building trust.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and needs.
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various vehicles.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement for both the customer and the dealership.
• Coordinate with the finance department to secure financing or leasing options for customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Stay informed about new products, features, and industry trends to better serve customers and enhance sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding sales quotas.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
