Salary: $15.00 per hour

As an Insurance Telemarketer, your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound phone calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our insurance products
• Building rapport with prospects and communicating the benefits of our insurance policies
• Collecting and recording accurate customer information in our CRM system
• Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Following up with leads and scheduling appointments for our insurance agents
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to answer client questions and address concerns

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and a friendly, inviting demeanor
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and experience with CRM software
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques
