As a major unit salesperson here at Blackmans Cycle, YOU are the face of the dealership to thousands of customers from those beginning their powersports adventures to seasoned veterans within the industry. Every customer engagement is a potential sale and the opportunity to create a relationship that will entail (on average) $250,000 in lifetime spending. Each greet can be a delivery and each delivery can lead to another (on average) in 2 years.

Measures: Unit sales, traffic log (personal), conversion rate, customer reviews, margin

Responsibilities (generally): SELL (entire sales process) and MAINTAIN (Records and MU showroom merchandising / general housekeeping)

Responsibilities (in detail):

Opening move all units out, walk the salesfloor to identify opportunities with merchandising, tagging, cleanliness

General housekeeping DAILY cleaning of bikes, battery maintenance, showroom upkeep and organization (by CATEGORY (new vs. used), CLASS (ATV, UTV, on-road, off-road, etc.), MANUFACTURER), maintenance of tags on ALL assembled units.

Customer engagement ALL customers need to be engaged on the phone and in-store quickly and with an effective greet consisting

Traffic log entries ALL engagement should be logged in the CRM (ideally) or the traffic log spreadsheet

Communication both with management team and peers

Closing move all units in, walk the floor to make sure that the store is ready for the following day of business

Training complete all assigned training materials assigned by the management team

Other duties perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the management team

Schedule: 5-day workweek with mandatory Saturdays. Minimum of 1 4-hour Sunday shift required per month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
