Internet Manager Expectations

We are looking to add the right candidate to an Internet Team that is striving but can get to the next level with the right support. The department of 9 team members averages about 10 units a month and receives about 850 leads a month. We are looking for someone with a great attitude that appreciates the benefit of teamwork to reach their monthly goals. We provide a positive work environment and full support from the Internet Directors.

  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Confident, positive and high energy presence.
  • Bilingual Preferred.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to sit at desk for long periods of time
  • Handle incoming calls promptly and meet customer expectations.
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Work in close partnership with sales personnel to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements.
  • Meet specified monthly targets and goals.
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other personnel and departments promptly.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude.
  • Prior customer relations or sales experience required.
