Target Salary Range - $16 - $20/Hour

Hay2Brick is seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Agent to join our expanding team. Based in Daytona, OH, you will play a crucial role in our continued growth and success in the commercial real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a drive to exceed leasing targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of available units for prospective tenants, showcasing features and amenities.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Process lease applications and conduct thorough background checks on potential tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and agreements to ensure optimal occupancy rates and rental income.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and lease signings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant concerns and ensure high tenant satisfaction.
• Assist in the development and execution of leasing strategies to maximize property occupancy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of leasing laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AppFolio (property management software).
• Bachelors degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Spanish.
