We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals for Ananda Professional, a solutions-focused health and wellness brand. You will work closely with our B2B customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media prospecting primarily in Independent Pharmacies nationwide.
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Deliver clear and concise product presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close at least ten new accounts each month.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Track and analyze sales data and metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role, preferably in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent attendance, customer focus, and accountability
