Property Manager Commercial

PROPERTY MANAGER - Required for a Commercial Property Management company in Palm Beach Gardens to manage commercial properties including retail plaza, freestanding buildings, and office space.

Property Manager must be hands-on and have knowledge of all aspects of Commercial Building systems. Experienced and able to work with outside contractors to organize and supervise jobs. Manage tenant buildouts and construction projects. This is a full-time position with an excellent salary for the right candidate.

JOB DUTIES

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties
• Maintain effective control of property expenses
• Manage personnel at all properties
• Ensure tenants are in compliance with lease obligations
• Obtain bids from, negotiate with, and supervise outside vendors
• Approve property invoices in accounting system
• Oversee the condition of implementation programs for, property maintenance
• Budget, analyze and forecast property expenses, including capital expenditures
• Assist in billing and collection of rents, and charges
• Collaborate with team to meet leasing, construction, and marketing performance objectives
• Develop and maintain professional, and courteous relations with tenants and contractors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate assets
• Strong understanding of the shopping center retail and office building
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Yardi Breeze, QuickBooks and ADP
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Compensation based on skills and experience.
