Kaizen Automotive is looking for an experienced sales BDC Representative to help achieve our business objectives at Chula Vista Honda. The Sales BDC is responsible for actively contributing to our internet sales and customer follow-up processes, retention and loyalty.

BDC responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Making and handling all inbound and outbound sales phone calls, online chats, and online inquiries

Book appointments based on customer needs in accordance to brand and company processes

Diligently follow up with all customer inquiries, requests, and concerns

Assisting in routing customer to correct department if need be

Updating customer and sales process in CRM and Microsoft SharePoint

Communicate with staff through WebEx chat and Outlook Mail

Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technology changes

Follows all attendance, timekeeping, and company codes and policies

Attends company meetings and trainings as required

Qualifications and education requirements:

Minimum High school diploma or ged equivalent required

prior sales, cell center, internet or bdc department experience

self-motivated, goal oriented and effectively multi -task and work in an extremely fast paced work environment

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual spanish preferred

Excellent Customer Service

strong computer and phone skills (CRMs, WebEx, outlook mail, excel, word, sharepoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $16.30 per hour
